Woman of God {WOG} SHARING God's Love with Everyone
1 Samuel 15:7
“But the Lord said unto Samuel, look not on his countenance, of on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.”
Because of Saul disobedient to God, Samuel was sent to the house of Jesse to anoint one of his sons to be King over God’s people. Jesse sent his sons in and one by one Samuel was impressed with the way they looked, the outer appearance of these men, but God was looking at the heart. So Samuel ask Jesse did he have another son and he sent for the one that kept his father sheep, the shepherd boy David, the one that God wanted as the next King over His people. We have this saying that seeing is believing, and we judge people on what we see; but this is far from the will of God. We take this outer man and dress it up and put on the best that money can buy and then present our selves as something we are not. And these are the people we accept, these are the ones we look on as being in right standing, that we offer the high seat, and when someone don’t measure up to our status quo we look down on them or offer them the low seat.
Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evident of things not seen, as stated in Hebrew ch.11, so it’s by faith that we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, it’s by faith that we trust in God and lean to His understanding. We are not to judge one another, sense we are only judging the flesh by the flesh, and God judges the heart. God saw something in David that Samuel could not see, we have to accept every one, we cannot see what in the heart of man; God has no respect of person and neither should we. Therefore at all times we should preach Jesus, yesterday, today and forever. It doesn’t matter what a person does, where they live, work or have, we preach Jesus, the whole need no physicians, Jesus came to seek and to save they that was lost. Our great commission from Jesus is to go out and reach the lost soul of this world, to preach in season and out, to tell a dying world that light has come into the world and He lives and He is ever present. Don’t be fooled by believing everything you see which is temporary and not trusting in things you cannot see, that can be life everlasting; you can’t see God but He’s there, just close your eyes and believe, have faith and he that shall come, he will come and will not tarry. Have faith in God and be totally blessed in Jesus name.
